Concern Regarding Display Damage and Repair Cost – iQOO Neo 9 Pro

Dear iQOO Support Team,
I am writing to express my concern regarding my iQOO Neo 9 Pro, which I purchased five months ago for ₹38,000. Recently, the display broke from a very small fall (about 1 meter height), which I believe should not have caused such damage in a premium device.
Upon contacting the service center, I was informed that the repair cost for the display assembly is ₹7,000, and this damage is not covered under warranty. Given that the phone is still quite new, I was hoping that iQOO could either consider covering this under warranty or offer a discount on the repair cost, as it feels unfair to bear such a high expense for what seems like a minor fall.
I would appreciate any support or assistance you can provide regarding this matter. Please let me know if there are any possible alternatives or discounts available.
