Recent updates to the Bethesda Creation Kit website may point toward Starfield being released on PS5 sometime in the future.


Starfield was released a few years back as an Xbox console exclusive, leaving many PlayStation owners wondering when, if ever, the game would see a release on the PS5.


Evidence Suggests Starfield Might be Coming to PS5

Even beyond the PlayStation logo appearing on the Creation Kit site, there are a few other things that point toward a possible PS5 release for Starfield.

First, Microsoft has been gradually releasing its games on the console over time. As mentioned, some previously exclusive titles have been released on PS5, with more still to come. This shows a willingness to bring Microsoft-owned games to other platforms.

Perhaps the biggest piece of evidence comes from Phil Spencer, who recently stated that he saw no reason not to release Starfield on PS5. While this statement alone doesn't confirm Starfield is heading to PS5, it at least indicates that Microsoft is open to the possibility.

Despite a long wait, the evidence suggests that fans may see Starfield released on the PS5 sooner rather than later. Gamers on the PlayStation platform have been waiting for Starfield for quite some time, with many thinking the day might never come
