I know many of you have been eagerly waiting for this, and it's finally time! As always, your favorite reviewer is back with a detailed take on the device. So, without wasting any more time, let's get started.
Unboxing Experience
The first thing that caught my eye was the packaging. This time, iQOO has reduced the box size, making it more compact and sleek. Initially, I was surprised to see the charger removed—but no worries, iQOO never disappoints!

Design and Build Quality
Despite featuring a large 6.78-inch display and a massive 6400mAh battery, the device doesn’t feel bulky. The Raging Blue variant is inspired by anime characters and racing flags, giving off a powerful and energetic vibe. If you prefer a premium glossy look, the Moon Knight Titanium variant is a great choice but that differs from one person to the other.
Both variants use a plastic back panel with a glass-like finish, which feels premium. Kudos to iQOO’s R&D team for this impressive execution!
The camera module is inspired by the iQOO 12, featuring a stylish ring texture around the cameras and a subtle bump that doesn’t feel intrusive. Weight distribution is well-balanced, making it comfortable to hold.
IP65 dust & water resistance, offering protection from dust and water splash.
Schott Xensation protection for the display, ensuring durability against scratches and drops.

Head : 0.97 W/Kg
Body worn : 0.96 W/Kg (15 mm distance )
Hence the value is lesser than the actual limit so this device is safe to use by human.

Processor and Performance
The iQOO Neo 10R is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, a powerful mid-to-high-end chipset that strikes a great balance between performance and efficiency. Built on the 4nm architecture, similar to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, this processor offers improved clock speeds, ensuring ultra-smooth performance.
The device runs on LPDDR5X RAM and features UFS 4.1 storage (with UFS 3.1 for non-256GB variants), delivering lightning-fast data access and multitasking capabilities.
During my testing, BGMI ran effortlessly at 120 FPS on smooth settings, which is the highest available option for this device. I plan to test other demanding games soon.
In benchmarks, the device achieved an AnTuTu score of over 1.4 million plus under normal room temperature without enabling any additional performance modes. It also performed exceptionally well in stability and wildlife stress tests.
To manage heat during extended gaming sessions, the iQOO Neo 10R features a 6,043mm² vapor chamber cooling system, effectively keeping temperatures under control.
Gaming Performance
For gaming enthusiasts, the X-axis linear motor delivers crisp and precise haptics, enhancing the overall gaming experience.
The device features familiar Ultra Gaming Mode and Monster Mode, commonly found in iQOO devices, but this time the Game Center app has a fresh, redesigned interface. It now resembles a store, showcasing various games along with the ones already installed on the device.
Additional gaming features include:
FPS meter for real-time performance monitoring.
Screen enhancement for improved visuals.
Most impressively, direct power supply support is available in this price segment, allowing you to play games without draining the battery while charging.
Connectivity and Sensors
With the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 at its core, connectivity is never a concern. The chipset includes all the necessary modems to ensure strong and stable network performance, supporting a wide range of 5G bands:

The device also comes equipped with Wi-Fi 6 for faster internet speeds and Bluetooth 5.4 for seamless wireless connectivity.
As for sensors, the iQOO Neo 10R includes all the essential ones found in modern smartphones. Interestingly, during my testing, I discovered that iQOO has opted for an AI-based proximity sensor instead of the traditional hardware version. This AI-powered sensor works flawlessly, enhancing accuracy while also saving internal space, which contributes to the device’s slim profile despite its massive battery.
Display
The iQOO Neo 10R features a stunning 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a sharp 1.5K resolution (2800 x 1260 pixels), display with minimal bezels on three sides, delivering an immersive viewing experience. The display produces vibrant and punchy colors, making it perfect for multimedia consumption. It supports a 144Hz refresh rate in select games for smooth, lag-free performance, while 120 FPS in BGMI ensures a seamless gaming experience. Additionally, the device includes an eye protection mode to reduce eye strain during extended binge-watching sessions.
For added security and convenience, the Neo 10R comes with an optical fingerprint sensor embedded beneath the display, offering quick and accurate unlocking.
Key display highlights:
2000Hz instant touch sampling rate for ultra-responsive touch interactions.
3840Hz PWM dimming for reduced eye strain, especially in low-light conditions.
4500 nits local peak brightness (as claimed by the brand), ensuring excellent outdoor visibility.
Eye protection mode, helping to minimize strain during extended viewing sessions.
Overall, the iQOO Neo 10R’s display stands out in its segment, offering an immersive experience for gamers and multimedia users alike.
Battery and Charging
The device is powered by a 6400mAh lithium-ion battery, which easily lasts a full day, even with heavy usage. During my tests, I drained the battery completely and recharged it from 0 to 100% using the included charger. The process took approximately 1 hour and 25 minutes(Without Fast Charging), with no noticeable heating.
To prolong battery life, it's recommended to keep the charge between 20% to 80% and avoid frequent fast charging.
With heavy usage, I achieved around 7 hours of screen-on time (SOT), while under moderate usage, the battery lasted an impressive almost 3 days. This exceptional battery performance is undoubtedly one of the standout features of the iQOO Neo 10R.
Camera and Multimedia
The iQOO Neo 10R is equipped with a 50MP Sony IMX882 sensor with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide lens on the rear, delivering impressive results for its segment.
On the front, it features a 32MP selfie camera, which is a standout feature at this price point.
Camera Capabilities:

Front Camera: Up to 4K 30 FPS video recording.
Natural Skin Tones: If you're into mobile portrait photography, this phone delivers realistic and well-balanced human subject shots.
Multimedia Experience:
Stereo Speakers: The dual stereo speaker setup offers immersive sound quality, making it perfect for binge-watching, music, and gaming.
iQOO has really nailed the audio experience this time! This combination of a powerful camera setup and immersive audio makes the Neo 10R a solid choice for both content creators and casual users.
Software Support:
The iQOO Neo 10R runs on Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15, bringing an improved UI experience compared to previous versions. It’s great to see iQOO focusing more on software, as it plays a crucial role in user experience.
