Design and Build

The Neo 10R showcases a distinctive design with two color options: MoonKnight Titanium, featuring a 3D moon texture, and Raging Blue, with a dual-tone racing-inspired finish. Despite housing a substantial 6,400mAh battery, the device maintains a slim profile at 7.98mm thickness and a weight of 196 grams, ensuring comfortable handling. It also boasts an IP65 rating, offering resistance against dust and minor water splashes.

Display

The smartphone is equipped with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display featuring a 1.5K resolution (1,260 x 2,800 pixels) and a 144Hz refresh rate, delivering vibrant visuals and smooth scrolling. The display achieves a peak brightness of 4,500 nits, ensuring excellent visibility even under direct sunlight. High-frequency PWM dimming at 3,840Hz and DC dimming contribute to reduced eye strain during prolonged usage.

Performance

Under the hood, the Neo 10R is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 4.1 storage. This configuration ensures seamless multitasking and efficient performance across applications. The device also features a "6K VC" vapor chamber cooling system, effectively managing thermals during extended gaming sessions, maintaining an average frame rate of 87 fps over 5 hours of gameplay.

Camera

The Neo 10R houses a dual rear camera setup, comprising a 50MP main sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. The primary camera captures detailed and vibrant photos with excellent dynamic range, particularly in well-lit conditions. The ultra-wide lens is useful for capturing expansive landscapes, though some edge distortion may be noticeable. For selfies, the 32MP front camera delivers sharp and natural-looking images, suitable for social media sharing.

Battery Life

A standout feature of the Neo 10R is its substantial 6,400mAh battery, which provides extended usage times. The device supports 80W fast charging, allowing for a 50% charge in approximately 25 minutes and a full charge in about an hour. Additionally, the battery is rated to retain at least 80% capacity after 1,600 charge cycles, indicating long-term durability. 


Software

The smartphone runs on Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15, offering a feature-rich and optimized user interface. iQOO has committed to providing three years of major Android updates and four years of security patches, ensuring the device remains up-to-date with the latest features and security enhancements.

The iQOO Neo 10R is available in three configurations:

Pre-booking began on March 11, with sales commencing on March 18 via Amazon and the iQOO India e-store. Customers who pre-booked the device received benefits such as a 12-month extended warranty and instant setup services.
