iQOO is back with the hunt for its Chief Gaming Officer (CGO) for 2025 to co-create its smartphones, lead the brand’s eSports vision, and actively engage with India’s top eSports gamers. The company first CGO hunt happened in 2023.
The opportunity offers young gaming enthusiasts, under the age of 25, a chance to turn their passion into a fulfilling and rewarding career. The CGO will gain access to iQOO’s latest products and represent the brand at major gaming events across the world.
iQOO’s Chief Gaming Officer (CGO) will join forces with the leadership team at iQOO and work closely with the community, exchanging gaming insights, including gameplay, gaming style, presentation, and game interpretations.
iQOO is also offering a total sum of INR 10,00,000/- to its CGO. The company has opened registrations for individuals aged 18-25 on its official website and will welcome applications until March 30, 2025.

@ShwetankPandeyShwetank Pandey, a 23-year-old avid gamer, has been appointed as iQOO's inaugural Chief Gaming Officer. Pandey is the first-ever Chief Gaming Officer (CGO) who was selected following a three-month selection process. Shwetank, a native of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, was selected from over 60,000 applicants. The primary goal of the CGO will be to help the company 'redefine gaming engagement and experienceShwetank's appointment was based on his command on games, gaming knowledge, and communication skills. According to iQOO, Shwetank gave up a lucrative job opportunity and even decided not to pursue an MBA to choose a career in gaming.
