Hi iQOO, I purchased the new iQOO Neo 10R on Amazon last week, and I've been experiencing battery drainage issues, even with moderate usage without any heavy gaming and multitasking. The battery drains by one percent every 5-6 minutes during normal use and slightly warms up without heavy usage, which is so disappointing. Given that I bought a 6400mAh phone, its performance is similar to a 4500mAh phone. Therefore, I kindly request an update that enhances battery performance and overall stability.
