One fine day when I was busy with my chores, I got a call from my favourite brand iQOO that they wanted me with @AyushShaw and @MKJEDI to come join iQOO India as an Intern for my favourite role I was willing for, i.e. Marketing and eSports.
Roles and Responsibilities included working closely with all iQOO Teams, i.e. iQOO Soul, iQOO 8Bit, iQOO RGE, iQOO RNTX, iQOO TT, iQOO OG, iQOO Gamers Unite Program, and the most importantly, 7 iQOO E-Ambassadors, which include Mortal, Payal, Scout, Dynamo, GamerFleet, and Ungraduate Gamer.
The roles and responsibilities look interesting on paper, but the weightage of this is extremely high. From the first day itself to today, the learning curve is as straight as 90 degrees.
The first day was a honeymoon day as we went through our induction where we met all our team members of iQOO Digital Marketing with whom we were going to work (though most of them we knew since we are the founding members of iQOO Community ;) ). Then, we got our work laptops in which we will do all our official work. Lastly, no work was given on the first day as we were asked to settle ourselves and have a look at the office building.
From the next day, we got our projects assigned, and that gave us the adrenaline boost while going through the project brief. The work seemed easy and interesting, but it was very tough and huge if we look at the scale of the projects, which is obvious because now we are working directly for the brand.
And, we met Nipun Sir, where he also welcomed us to the office
In Office, we also have a recreational area where we have an in-house canteen which serves delicious food, a CCD coffee machine, a PlayStation 5 setup with bean bags, a table tennis table, and a foosball setup. It all matches the iQOO Vibe of young spirit and power.
On 14th February, we went on a brunch to a café with one of the team members for the brunch and to discuss the new project that we were about to start working on. So, everything had a fun and working vibe here, which makes you keep working here with your full potential. You will never feel tired or irritated, and in case you do, then at iQOO everyone is so welcoming and friendly that you can reach out to anyone and talk.
On 17th February, we were also invited to a box cricket match by the team. And that was one of the most craziest days there. We enjoyed it to the top! Everyone's energy was just insane!
Here, I also got a chance to record the unboxing video of iQOO Neo 10R and that too both the colors together! With a professional setup. What more does a techy want?

After one successful event, the next 3 days were also jam-packed! The 3-day iQOO Arena starts where we were doing our first Pop-Up event of iQOO with the iQOO Neo 10R. The 3-day event was fun and successful. It also had a BGMI tournament daily, and the daily prize pool was Rs. 18,000/-
When you feel like not working and getting fresh air, behind the door you get an amazing view from the 16th floor. Every day, the view looks mesmerizing.
10th March, it was the day where we were going to execute the most challenging project. The 24 Hours marathon livestream, in which we pushed a single iQOO Neo 10R for 24 Hours in the live stream with a couple of our gamers streaming live. The hard work had also become successful.
11th March, The Launch Day of iQOO Neo 10R with the 5th year of iQOO Anniversary celebration with Music Artist Seedhe Maut.
On Holi Day, every wall of the office was decorated very beautifully with colored balloons and paper works.
On one fine day, this came to our surprise! S8UL EWC Suitcase, which was just unexpected and unbelievable. And, you won't believe it, but we got the chance to unbox that too.
