Why iQOO 12 may still be a good choice in 2025

GTA running on iQOO 12 using Emulation.
When 8 gen 3 released. Driver support was really bad and games were not optimised for this new chipset in 2023.
But now all major titles like CODM , Warzone , BGMi etc have received higher graphics settings and newer Qualcomm Adreno Drivers were added through OTA updates.
Camera

Macro shot
Unlike iQOO 13 , iQOO 12 took a balanced approach with the Camera and it is still the only iQOO device to offer 3x periscope camera.
In terms of photography iQOO 12 will be a better choice than iqoo 13 if you click a lot of Macro and Telephoto shots.
But if you click more selfies and Portraits iQOO 13 would be a better choice.
Battery

Im pretty impressed the battery has lasted this long with how much I torture my device with heavy gaming and Emulation for 1.5 years.
5000 mah would look like a tiny battery compared to the newer iqoo models with 6400 mah and 7300 mah but it still gets the job done for the regular user.
Build quality

You still get the same iQOO 13 level build quality for a lower price. Stainless steel frame and enamel glass back.
Take care not to scratch your camera glass.
