Dear team,
I have bought the IQOO Neo 10r in pre-booking.
After continuing using for 15 days and all the latest software update - I am currently facing a battery drain issues.
As per official claim with moderate use you can use for 1 whole day and above that.
My battery continues to get drop by 1% every 5 min I use which Is totally disappointing.
I would request to kindly look into this fix on priority as many user are facing same issues.
As by looking at this it doesn't feel like I am using 6400mAh battery - it's looks like 4500mAh.
Need your priority intervention.
