Major issue in Iqoo Neo 10R

I'm facing a persistent issue with my iQOO Neo 10R while using Jio 5G. The internet connection is extremely unstable and inconsistent. The mobile data indicators (the two arrows showing data activity) keep disappearing every 4-5 seconds and then reappear after 3-4 seconds. During the time these indicators are gone, I have no internet access at all.


I have tried the following steps to troubleshoot:


Changed my location multiple times (5-6 different areas).


Switched airplane mode on and off.


Restarted the phone.


Verified APN settings.


Checked for software updates.



Despite trying all of this, the issue continues. I even tested the same Jio 5G SIM in other Android devices, and it works perfectly fine there—smooth, stable 5G with no disconnection issues. This confirms that the problem is not with the network or SIM, but specific to the iQOO Neo 10R.


This problem has made using the internet on this phone very frustrating. Tasks like browsing, streaming, or using apps that require constant internet become difficult due to these frequent dropouts. I’ve also recorded videos and taken screenshots showing the issue and would be happy to share them for reference.


Is anyone else facing a similar issue? Any suggestions or official fixes from the iQOO team would be highly appreciated.
