As a proud and loyal iQOO customer, I would like to raise a sincere request on behalf of all iQOO Neo 7 users.

The iQOO Neo 7 is a premium mid-range device and deserves at least three years of Android updates. While iQOO’s budget phones are receiving two years of updates, we believe a higher-end device like the Neo 7 should be supported longer.

Notably, the iQOO Neo 6 received Android 14 as an extra update, beyond the originally promised timeline. Similarly, some Vivo devices have received unannounced additional Android updates. These examples show that it is possible and appreciated when brands go the extra mile for their customers.

We kindly urge iQOO to extend the update support for the Neo 7 and provide Android 16 as part of a continued commitment to user satisfaction. This gesture would build tremendous goodwill and strengthen the brand’s reputation among tech enthusiasts.
