Bought a new phone (12 +256 )and within 2 days of usage reported that the phone heats up even if I talk to someone for 10-15 min on the phone.i don't play games or use heavy apps. Spoke to multiple folks at IQOO team, requested multiple times to replace my phone as it is only 2 days old, no one supported , everyone just saying go to service centre,leave it there and time for them is 7-14 days. I mean in this day and age asking to leave phone for 14 days. Made a big mistake by buying this phone.service centres also very few.in gurgaon only 2, need to take entire day off to visit their service station.

Customer service has their scripted responses, will never listen to what u say.
