Google has redesigned Gemini’s side panel on the web — and it's a game-changer!

Here’s what’s new:

✨ Clean, modern layout with updated icons

✏️ The ‘New Chat’ icon now sports a sleek pencil & pad design

📜 Infinite scrolling for past conversations — no more clicking “more” endlessly!

🔍 Unfortunately, still no search bar to find older chats (we see you, ChatGPT...)

🧠 “Gems Manager” is now “Explore Gems” and bumped up the priority list

⚙️ Settings & Help combined, offering quick access to Activity and Support

Best part? The update is live for all users, including free and Gemini Advanced accounts!

Still waiting on the same glow-up for the mobile apps though.
