Dear iQOO Support Team,
I am writing to inform you about several issues I am experiencing with my iQOO Z7 Pro after the recent software update. The performance of the device has noticeably declined in the following areas:
1. Charging Speed: The phone is charging much slower than before. Fast charging is not working properly, and it takes longer to reach full battery.
2. Heating Issue: The device gets unusually hot during charging, browsing, or while using mobile data, even with normal use.
3. Network Problem: I am facing frequent signal drops, call interruptions, and poor network reception, even in areas with good coverage.
4. Internet Speed: Mobile data speed has reduced significantly. Apps take longer to load, and browsing is slower than usual.
These issues were not present before the update. I request you to please look into this matter and provide a solution or a patch update to fix these problems.
