Hi IQOO Team,
First of all, I truly appreciate the great hardware you deliver. The iQOO Neo 7 Pro was one of the best phones I’ve used in terms of performance and build quality.
However, the experience has been deeply disappointing over the past 3–4 months, particularly after the Android 15 update. Battery drain has become a major issue — and it's frustrating that a phone just 1.5 years old now struggles to last the day.
Even more concerning:
Several Android 15 features were missing until I factory reset the device.
The battery charging limit setting doesn’t even work anymore.
The software feels rushed and poorly optimized, almost like the update was pushed only to meet the promised update timeline.
It genuinely feels like iQOO has neglected software stability and long-term user experience. Just providing powerful hardware isn’t enough — a premium phone should be reliable for at least 2–3 years.
I don’t know if anyone from the team will actually read or respond to this, but I sincerely hope you take user feedback seriously and fix these software issues — or at the very least, communicate honestly with your user base.
Right now, I’m seriously considering switching to a phone of different brand and never come back to iqoo or Vivo for that matter.
