Extremely Disappointed with False Charging Time Claim for iQOO 13

Deep disappointment regarding the misleading information about the charging time of the iQOO 13 — your most premium device.

On your official website, it clearly states that the phone charges from 1% to 100% in 30 minutes. This was one of the key reasons I chose this phone over other flagship models.

However, my personal experience has been very different. My handset consistently takes around 40 minutes to fully charge. I raised this issue, and your team offered a replacement which I appreciated. But even after the replacement, the new device also takes the same amount of time to charge — clearly indicating that the 30-minute claim is inaccurate.

To make matters worse, in your recent email response, your support team now states that the lab-tested charging time is approximately 37 minutes — contradicting your website and marketing claims.

As a premium brand, this kind of inconsistency is not acceptable. It feels misleading, and as a consumer, I feel let down. I request a clear and honest clarification:

👉 What is the actual charging time for the iQOO 13 from 1% to 100%?

👉 Why is your website still advertising 30 minutes if your own team confirms 37 minutes in emails?

Please don't offer vague explanations about lab conditions. I am looking for transparency and accountability from a brand that positions itself as premium.
