Suggestion Regarding Student Discount Information on iQOO e-Store

Dear iQOO e-Store Team,

I hope you're doing well.

I would like to share a suggestion regarding the Student Discount section on your website. Currently, there is no clear information about:

  1. How many times the student discount can be used.
  2. When exactly the student verification should be done — whether it needs to be completed before pre-booking, during the final payment stage, or any other time frame.

In my case, I have pre-booked the iQOO Neo 10, and now that it's time to complete the payment, I wanted to verify my student status and apply the discount. However, the verification process is taking time, and I have not received any update on its status.

It would be very helpful if you could update the Student Discount page with detailed guidelines to make the process clearer for students like me.
