Title: Type-C Earphones Disconnecting on Slight Movement – Neo 10R
Model: iQOO Neo 10R
Software Version: PD2352BF_EX_A_15.0.8.11.W30
Issue Type: Audio / USB-C Port
Description:
I’m facing a problem when using wired Type-C earphones on my iQOO Neo 10R. The earphones work fine initially, but if I slightly touch or move the USB-C connector, the audio disconnects or stops working.
I have tested the same earphones with other phones and they work perfectly without any disturbance. This issue happens only on my Neo 10R. I also tried cleaning the port and tested in different modes (normal, monster mode, etc.), but the issue remains the same.
Please confirm if this is a known software bug with the current update or a possible hardware issue. I request iQOO to look into this and provide a fix in the next update if it is software-related.
Steps Tried:
Tested earphones on other phones – working fine
Cleaned USB-C port
Rebooted phone and tried in safe mode
Checked for updates – already on latest version
Request:
Kindly investigate and provide guidance. Let me know if this needs a service center visit or if a software fix is expected in the next OTA update.
