Battery is draining so quick and causing so much heat, it's like the mobile is going to blast....

After the latest update my device battery is draining so quick even while I'm not using the mobile.

I full charged my device at 1PM(100%) and now at 10PM(28%), I just used my mobile for YouTube and Instagram.

When I contacted the customer care they are giving silly reasons, like i need to use device in a very low brightness, not to use the monster mode, and should not turn on mobile data and location. It's customer choice to use mobile however they want.

This is a serious issue before the update the device was good, but after this lastest update everything has been degraded from battery to performance causing a problem for daily usage.

Plzz don't give silly reasons as a reply I know how to use a mobile.

For other consumer: if you have the same problem after this update please comment, so that I can opt for a consumer protection right.
