India might host the 2030 Commonwealth Games! After Canada dropped out because it was too expensive, India is now the top choice to host this big event.

The main city for the Games will be Ahmedabad in Gujarat. They are planning to use big stadiums like the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Sports Enclave and to build a new stadium in Karai for athletics and shooting.
