My name is Roshan Bam , and I am writing from Nepal. I am a proud owner of the iQOO 9T, a device I have truly admired for its performance and design. However, I have recently encountered a sensor issue with my device that is affecting my user experience.
Given that iQOO phones are quite rare in Nepal, it is difficult to find local service centers or support. I have always been a big fan of iQOO and have been actively encouraging others here to consider your brand due to its excellent specifications and value.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue. If repair is not feasible, I would be extremely grateful if a replacement device could be considered. I genuinely want to continue using and promoting iQOO products here in Nepal, where the brand has great potential but limited presence.
Please let me know the appropriate steps to proceed, including if there is a specific service or support email for international customers like myself.
