It is typically organized on the second Saturday and Sunday of every month across iQOO authorized service centers in India. But now you can visit anyday in service center to avail free covers and cases but replacements of parts  on specific days. 3. What services are offered during iQOO Service Day?

Free Services Include:

  • Handset check-up
  • Software updates
  • Device cleaning and sanitization
  • Application of screen guard / Tampered Glass For IQOO 13 (Subject to Availability)
  • Back cover replacement or application (depending on availability)

4. Are there any discounts available?

Yes, the following offers are provided:

  • No labor charges for out-of-warranty repairs
  • 10% discount on genuine accessories

5. Who can avail of these services?

Any iQOO smartphone user can avail of the services on Service Day by visiting a participating authorized service center.


6. Is prior booking required to visit the service center?

@2401741 iQOO Provide Great Service with Empathy Towards Users - Whatever issue will be there the response will be more transparent. Few models which are old now - Is a possibilty Covers wont be available.


@3308108 Yes, for Service parts which are out of the warranty parts. You can get free labour charge on certain days.
