Complaint Regarding iQOO Neo 10 – Camera Fogging and Battery Issues

I purchased an iQOO Neo 10, and within a week of use, I started experiencing a fogging issue when opening the camera. I visited the service center, and they told me it was due to climate change and not a defect. Due to the fogging, I couldn’t take any pictures properly. Despite my concerns, the issue was dismissed as a common factor.


After escalating the issue, they eventually replaced the phone. However, the new iQOO Neo 10 I received had a serious battery draining issue. I returned to the service center again and showed them all the evidence I had regarding the battery problem. Still, they denied any issue with the device and blamed me instead.

I clearly stated that I would take legal action and file a complaint in court, as I had evidence of both issues. Only after this, they agreed to issue a refund.


This entire experience has completely broken my trust in the iQOO brand. I feel cheated not once, but twice. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service and product quality. iQOO has proven to be unreliable, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
