AnTuTu has published the list of flagship phones with the highest benchmark scores in June 2025. Just like the last ranking, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Leading Version has topped the list. As for MediaTek's top-performing SoC, it only has two spots.

The latest AnTuTu flagship phone performance ranking is here, and just like the last one, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Leading Version has topped the list. To be precise, the RedMagic 10S Pro (16/512 GB curr. $949 on Amazon) with the overclocked variant of the SoC has secured the first position, with an average score of 2,874,982.

As for the current top-performing MediaTek SoC, the Dimensity 9400+, it did poorly. More specifically, only two phones with the chipset made it to the list. Here's a breakdown of the latest flagship phone ranking:

• Snapdragon 8 Elite-powered Vivo X200 Ultra obtained the second spot with an average score of 2,885,215.
• The Oppo Find X8 Ultra with the Snapdragon 8 Elite got the third spot with an average of 2,883,092 points.
