1. Deep breathing can help us calm down within a few minutes and also drinking a glass of water in that situation may help you more.
2. Punching technique will also help you, if you're so angry and you couldn't think to smash the front person's face, instead doing that hard punch on the wall, will quickly calm you but the negative part is you get hurt physically but it's useful but don't recommend it. 😶🌫️

*Long breathing can help us calm ourselves. Long breathing and drinking glass of water can be useful in this situation.
*Punching technique also is useful but it's harmful. As a man, we think we are powerful and if we are angry with someone, instead of getting heated up and punching the front person, punch hard on the wall, and it will quickly calm you up. This technique has quick results but it is also harmful because you'll get hurt after Punching the wall so I don't recommend it.
